Shipping Policy
Vape4change offers free Expedited Shipping (2-8 business days) to anywhere in Canada on orders over $69.99 (pre-tax). We also offer Express Shipping (2-4 business days) for an additional $. Click here to learn more about same day delivery. 

Vape4change tries to ship all orders by 2PM EST Monday to Friday, with the exception of holidays and weekends. This is due to the fact that Canada Post is closed on weekends and holidays. This means that orders placed on Fridays after 2PM won’t be shipped until Monday. Please note that shipments may take up to 24 hours to process.

I Didn’t Receive a Tracking Number
Please note that after making your purchase online, you will receive a tracking number once your order is packaged, which will be within 24 hours Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). If you do not receive this tracking number in your inbox, please check your junk mail, as it is likely there. If you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order is prepared for shipment but is not handed off to Canada Post until the following business day (usually Monday). Please note that Canada Post does not take specific instructions (such as delivering at a certain time, leaving it in a specific place or calling when they are on the way).

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to provide the correct shipping address information at the time of purchasing. We are able to change incorrect information before the package has been shipped, but after the package has been shipped there is little we can do. Additional shipping costs will apply on orders that are returned and re-shipped due to incorrect shipping information.

I Didn’t Receive My Package
If your tracking information says delivered, but your package is not there, please wait 24 hours, as sometimes Canada Post makes mistakes. After this, please check the mailroom, front desk or security if you live in an apartment building, as sometimes packages are misplaced on the premises. If your package still hasn’t arrived after 24 hours, you must open a ticket with Canada Post. Unfortunately, Vape4change is not able to immediately rectify the issue of missing packages due to Canada Post. We are not able to open the ticket on your behalf, so please click here to open a ticket if your package is missing. Please wait to hear back from Canada Post. If Canada Post is still not able to locate your package, please contact Vape4change and we will do our best to rectify the issue.

Damaged Products

United States/International Orders
All orders shipped the United States will be shipped via Canada Post and transferred to USPS once your package enters the country.

For orders going to the United States, your order will arrive in 4-8 business days but because of potential customs delays, this may take longer.

For packages going outside out the United States, your order will arrive in 5-12 business days but because of potential customs delays, this may take longer.

Please keep in mind, Vape4change is unaware of the local laws of your state or country. The responsibility is on the purchaser to be informed of the local laws of your state or country. We do not assume any responsibility for packages that may be confiscated and consider it a finalized sale.

International orders may be subject to import taxes and duty fees. The purchaser is responsible for all customs and duty fees when importing products into their country. You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. Vape4change does not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimate cost, as charges vary from around the world and are determined by local regulations.

As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no additional or surprise charges when clearing your package through customs. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipping costs.
