What is e-liquid? 

E-liquids can be vaporized using the heating coil in vapes and then inhaled by the user to stimulate the sensation of smoking. They generally contain 4 key ingredients;

• Propylene Glycol (PG): A clear and odourless liquid carrying other ingredients and producing vapour when heated.
• Vegetable Glycerin (VG): Another clear and odourless liquid, VG is thicker than PG and helps produce thicker vapour clouds. 
• Nicotine: Nicotine is a substance in e-liquid that provides a similar sensation to smoking. However, not all e-liquids contain nicotine; some are available with zero nicotine concentration.
• Flavourings: E-liquids come in various flavours, from traditional tobacco to fruity and more.

What are PG and VG in e-liquid?

PG and VG are abbreviations for propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin. Both of them are clear and odourless liquids that produce vapours when heated. VG is sweeter in taste and makes thicker vape clouds than propylene glycol.  

Is e-liquid safe? 

Yes, e-liquids are safe to consume through vapes as vapours. 

Can I vape e-liquid without nicotine?  

Certainly, you can vape e-liquids without nicotine. Many vapes come with zero nicotine concentration.

How much nicotine is in e-liquid?  

Usually, each e-liquid tank, pod or pen consists of 2% nicotine concentrate, which is 20 mg/ ml or 10-12% nicotine concentrate, which is 10-12mg/ml But this concentrated amount can vary depending on the type and brand of vape you are using. 

Generally, you can get 0mg, 3mg, 6mg, and 12 mg of nicotine strength in vape variants. If you are an occasional vaper, e-liquid contains 3mg to 6mg nicotine concentration is sufficient for you. If you consume 20+ cigarettes per day, then a 20mg e-liquid vape is best for you. 

How do I choose the right e-liquid flavour?

No, you can’t mix different e-liquids! The mixing of different results in unpredictable flavour combinations, inconsistent nicotine levels, and potential safety hazards due to varying ingredients and formulations.

How long does e-liquid last? 

The longer an e-liquid will last depends on your vaping habits. Usually, 30 ml of e-liquid lasts 10 days to 2 weeks for beginners and casual vapers. However, for heavy vapers, these will last for only a week to 10 days.   

Can I use any e-liquid on my device? 

You can use different e-liquid flavours on your device, but the tank should be compatible with your vaping device.
