June 4 2025 - Back to Canada Post! Expected Delays, But Cheaper Shipping

We’ve resumed using Canada Post for all shipments. While there are some minor delays due to a national overtime ban, most orders are still arriving within 2–4 business days.

We’ve made this switch to help keep shipping costs as low as possible — especially for customers who don’t qualify for free shipping. Canada Post remains the most affordable and reliable option for now.

That said, this could change at any moment. If the union issues a 72-hour strike notice (as they’re required to by law), we’ll immediately move back to alternative carriers like Purolator or UPS to avoid any service interruptions.

🚨 Canada Post Strike (Again!) – What This Means for You

Canada Post is once again threatening a strike which would likely start on Friday. Although it is not fully confirmed, it is looking very likely that that strike will happen. This means operations across the country will completely cease, and no pickups or deliveries through their network until further notice.

As a result, other shipping carriers will be overwhelmed with the sudden surge in demand, causing nationwide delays and logistical challenges.

🚚 Our Temporary Shipping Plan

We’ve temporarily moved to alternate carriers to keep your orders moving. Please review the important changes below:

🔁 Carriers and coverage

-We are currently shipping with alternate carriers
-These carriers do not service all areas. If your location isn’t covered, we’ll contact you with options or offer a refund.

📦 Shipping to PO boxes

PO boxes are not supported during this time. Please provide an alternate address at checkout. 

🆔 ID verification

Our current carriers do not support ID on delivery. For first-time customers, we require you to email your ID to info@vape4change.ca before shipping.

🌍 International and U.S. shipping

Temporarily suspended due to carrier vape restrictions and the ongoing strike.

💸 Temporary flat-rate shipping

Shipping rates have doubled, forcing us to temporarily replace free shipping with flat rates. To help manage increased shipping costs, we’ve introduced a flat-rate structure which is based on your province. You’ll pay a fixed rate at checkout, and we’ll absorb the extra costs.

⏳ Delivery times

Due to high demand, shipping times may be delayed. We cannot guarantee delivery dates at this time. Tracking information will be provided with every shipment - please use this information for the most updated information regarding your package.
